From Jerry Wilson - I James
Sadler, being of sound mind and disposing memory do ordain and
publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills.
Item 1st, It is my will that all of my
just debts be paid as soon after my death as my Executor can reasonably do so.
Item 2nd Whatever of my Estate may be
left after the payment of just debts, is to remain all together and it is my
will and desire that my wife Louisa P. Sadler, shall have the use, control and
management of said Estate during her natural life for the benefit of herself and
our children that may be living with her.
Item 3rd It is my will and desire that
at my death if I should survive my wife, or at her death if she should survive
me, all of my Estate of all kinds, real, personal and mixed should pass to and
belong to such of my children or each of them as may then be living, viz: to
Julia D Sadler, George E Sadler, Emma J Sadler, J. W. Sadler, Lucetta Sadler and
Malissa B. Sadler, who shall own said property or estate jointly and then shall
have the right to use and enjoy said Estate together or any or all of them may
sell or otherwise dispose of their interests therein, as they may then prefer.
Item 4th I do not will or devise to
Sally A Sadler, Mary E. Black or Nancy D Sadler any thing for the reason they
are married and have left me and have received something and they will not
probably be cumbered with the care of myself and their mother in our old age, as
the others are likely to be.
Item 5th It may be necessary at my
death to sell some property in order to pay my debts and burial expenses and in
order that it may be properly done and in order to carry out this my last Will.
I hereby appoint my son J. W. Sadler to be my executor and I require him to
carry out this will.
Item 6th I now own about 109 acres of
land located about two miles south from Franklin, Ky. Adjoining the lands of
Thos. Chisholm and S. D. Neely and I own some personal property and I mean for
my six children mentioned in Item 3rd of this Will to have all after the death
of myself and wife, or if any one of them should die without descendants or
children before the death of myself and wife, then said property is to go to
those of the six who may be then living.

Codicil
I James Sadler, of Simpson County, Ky., being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make and publish this my Will or codicil in addition to the will I have heretofore made hereby ratifying and confirming said Will. I will devise and bequeath to my five children, viz: Julia D. Sadler, George Alice Sadler, Emma J. Sadler, Lucetta Sadler and Malissa Belle Sadler, my entire interest in to and upon all the lands owned by my son, J. W. Sadler at the time of his death, consisting of about 31 acres all lying in one body and adjoining my other lands and being that tract which my son bought of S.D. Neely. Before his death he verbally requested that his land should go to the children above named and I make this will pursuant to his verbal request: said children above named are to come into full possession of said lands after the death of myself and my wife, Louisa P. Sadler, as it is my wish if my wife survive me, that she have the use and benefit of said land as long as she lives. In testimony whereof witness my signature on this the 21st day of April 1905 in the presence of witnesses. Witnesses: J. H. Covington S. D. Neely

I M. F. Sadler of Simpson
County, Kentucky, do make, ordain and publish the following as my last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made. Item first; I
will and direct, that after my death all of my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid. Item 2nd: I devise and bequeath to my son W. M. Sadler all of that part
of my lands where I now live and located on the North side of the upper
Scottsville and Franklin Road, in Simpson County, Kentucky. Also the following
described lands and located on South side of said roads, beginning at South West
corner of the home tract, in C. C. Laneys line, thence southwardly with Laney's
line to John Moore's corner in Laney's line, thence Eastwardly with Moore's line
to Moore's and Sadler's corner. Thence Southwardly with Moore's line to a wire
fence on Sadler's land, Thence Eastwardly with said wire fence passing through
or near a spring and on and into same course to a point in Curt Jackson line,
Thence with Northwardly with Curt Jackson line to the said Scottsville and
Franklin Road. Thence Westward with said road to the beginning. Item 3; I give
and bequeath to my said son, W. M. Sadler all of my personal property of every
kind I May own at my death. Item 4; I give and bequeath to my children, to wit,
S. L. Sadler, Joe Sadler, Millard Sadler, C. C. Sadler, F.W. Sadler, Charles S.
Sadler and my daughter Mahala Jackson Traughber, Mrs Virginia Finn the remainder
of my real estate. Item 5; A right of way, as now exist is given with this
devise over the land devised to W. M. Sadler, for the use and benefit of the
owners of the land mentioned in Item 4, of this will. Signed by the Testator M.

I, Thomas Saddler, of Simpson
County, Ky, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make ordain and publish
this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills made by me. It
is my Will that all my just debts be paid. I Will and devise to my Cousin, J. B.
Saddler, all the rest, remainder and residue of my property and estate of all
kinds whatsoever, real, personal and mixed, to do as he pleases with, provided
he Scurvies me. If I outlive him, I reserve the right to make another Will and
therein to direct how my property shall go. If my said Cousin J. B. Sadler,
should outlive me, thin I nominate and appoint him to execute this Will. I
request the Honorable County Court not to require him to execute any bond as
Executor whatsoever. In testimony Whereof Witness my signature on this the 17th
day of July 1911, and acknowledged in the presence of the undersigned Witnesses.

I Mrs J B Sadler, of Franklin,
Rt 6, Simpson Co, Ky being of lawful age and sound in mind and memory, realizing
the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make, publish and declare
this to be my last will and testaments, hereby revoking all former wills
heretofore by me made. Item1: I direct that my hereafter names executor pay all
of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as practicable after the time of
my death. Item 2: I give and bequeath to the Hillsdale Methodist Church the sum
of $25.00. Item 3:I give and bequeath
to L N Pruitt, as trustee for my niece, Loretta Mayhew, the sum of $300, to be
held in trust by him for the use and benefit of my Niece, Loretta Mayhew, giving
and granting unto my said Trustee full power to pay Loretta Mayhew any sum of
money that she might need from the principle of this fund for her necessities,
doctors bills and funeral expenses. Any sum advances by the said Trustee to be
at his own discretion and without any order of the court. In the event my said
Trustee fails or refuses to qualify as such, I request that the Judge of the
Simpson Co Court appoint another in his place with full power give to him as the
above names L N Pruitt. Any sum of money remaining after the death of my niece,
Loretta Mayhew shall revert to the hereinafter named residuary legatee.
I hereby request that the Trustee be required to make no settlement of
the funds received and disbursed by him. Item 4: Realizing I have nieces and
nephews other than Loretta Mayhew, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to Callie
Sadler, who has been kind and considerate to me, the remainder of my property,
both real, personal and mixed, that I might own or have the right to dispose of
at the time of my death to do with as he ay see fit. Item 5: I hereby nominate
and appoint Callie Sadler Executor of this, my last will and Testament, with
full power to sell and convey by deed of general warranty, any real estate that
II May own at the time of my death and request that no bond be required of him
as such.

County Court, do certify that the forgoing instrument of writing, purporting to
be the last Will and Testament of Mrs J B Sadler, deceased, was on this day
produced in court and offered for probate, the same will proven to be such Will
by the sworn testimony of L N Pruitt and F D Goodrum,
the two subscribing witnesses Thereto, whereupon the same was admitted to
probate and ordered to be recorded as and for the last Will and Testament of Mrs J B Sadler, deceased, which is
done accordingly.

I, D.
W. C. Smith, of Simpson County Kentucky being mindful of the uncertainty
of life do make this my last will and testament revoking all others. I will to
my four sons George William Smith, DeWitt C. Smith, Jr., Henry Clay Smith, and
Asher Graham Smith equally all my property of every kind, whatever real,
personal, and mixed cash, cash notes, subject to the following charges. My said
four sons are to take good care of my beloved wife, their mother, Price Smith
making her comfortable, supplying all her wants, and paying all her expenses.
The said sons are to have charge of the farm but my wife to have the right to
live on the home place if she so desires. When my wife and myself are both dead,
then and not till then, the said four boys are to pay to each of my daughters
Mary S. Jackson, wife of Stanford Jackson, Henrietta A. Whitesides, wife of
James N. Whitesides, Ann Rebecca Hunt, wife of Samuel Hunt, Kate F. Horn, wife
of Jonah Horn one hundred dollars in money. Having before this given to my son
Robert Smith all that I desire to give him, I leave him nothing by this will.
The boys are to take the care above named of their mother Price Smith during her
natural life. My sons George William, DeWitt C., Henry Clay and Asher Graham
Smith having paid considerable money on debts that I owed, and for which they
were not legally bound and taken good care of my wife and myself is in part the
reason why I have disposed of my property in the manner I have. D. W. C. Smith

B Smith, of the County of Simpson, now in the county of Warren do
make and ordain this my will and testament.
I devise that all of my estate both real and personal be equally divided
between my wife and children to be enjoyed by them forever except - that if my
wife die, the whole of her portion shall devise to my children to be equally
divided between them. I Appoint my wife Henrietta Executrix and my brother and
friend Joseph H Smith and William Williams executors.
